Saw your article on Chatelaine.com and i just wanted to cheer you on. I had the same crazy idea a couple of years ago. I am minus the children but same situation with exercise and swimming. I got swim lessons and 3 months later competed in my first tri-a-tri. Now 3 years later i will be competing in my first sprint tri. I believe you can do anything that you want to, you just have to believe in yourself. Good Luck!
